A: When Australia Post discards the NBC110 they often require a few repairs before going back on the road. Items they we see that are frequently perished: cam chain and rollers, clutch plates/steels, centrifugal clutch hub and weights, piston and rings, drive chain and sprockets.
Without timely attention these problems lead to very serious issues. In most cases the owner can perform these repairs themselves with the guidance of the workshop manual.
