DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders over $25 qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITH TRACKING.

Orders under $25 have a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping with tracking.

All items are now sent with tracking due to the amount of orders been placed now online & due to cov-19 & customers been at home in lock downs wanting tracking updates.

You will be emailed the tracking information which is traceable via the carriers website, PLEASE ALSO CHECK YOUR JUNK BOX IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT YOUR TRACKING PLEASE.

We use the following 3 Couriers:

  • Australia Post picks up at 2pm Monday – Friday.
  • Fastway Couriers picks up around 9am Monday – Friday.
  • Couriers Please picks up around 10pm Monday – Friday.

If you have a courier preference please let us know ASAP


EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If you require Express Postage (Australia Post) please follow the steps below

Place your order on the website & pay for your order & click express, we will work your extra cost for express post  & pay pal invoice or call you to pay extra over the phone. Please note your welcome to free standard post for orders over $25 if express is to high on your order.


NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS EXPREE EMS POST ONLY

ALL NEW ZEALAND ORDERS ASK FOR QUOTE FOR EXPRESS EMS

Prices are weight based. Please place & pay your order through the site and we will submit a separate pay pal invoice to you for the freight cost as the site does not automatically calculate this.


OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please email us with your order and country and we will source the best freight options we have available.


RETURNS

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them (for resale purposes) UNLESS they have been used and found to be FAULTY within 30 Days of purchase.

Faulty items will be refunded in full and Lambda Motorcycles will incur the cost of return postage if required. FAULTY does not apply to user error / user installation. We encourage customers to contact us if they are unsure about how to fit an item.

If incorrect part has been purchased , the buyer will incur the cost of return shipping and a refund of the full purchase price or exchange will result.
