DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Parcels are AUTHORITY TO LEAVE by default. If you wish for this to be changed please leave a note at checkout.

Orders over $45 qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING – although SOME remote postcodes for large/heavy parcels will incur a surcharge – if this applies to you we will contact and let you know and give the option of accepting and paying the surcharge or modifying or cancelling the order.

Orders under $45 have a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping with tracking.

AUSTRALIA POST OPTION: If you know other couriers are useless in your area and want to opt for Australia Post only please select this option at checkout.We will quote the cost for you and give the option of accepting and paying the surcharge or modifying or cancelling the order. This is due to Australia Post charging much higher than the other couriers particularly for large parcels.

All items are now sent with tracking including letters due to the increased volume of mail domestically resulting in more instances of late and lost items.

You will be emailed the tracking information which is traceable via the carriers website.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK BOX IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TRACKING INFO.

We use the following 3 Couriers:

  • Australia Post picks up at 2pm Monday – Friday.
  • Aramex Couriers picks up around 11am Monday – Friday.
  • Couriers Please picks up around 11am Monday – Friday.

INSURANCE: Parcels have free insurance for loss in transit and damage (up to $300 value with Aramex and Couriers Please & up to $100 with Australia Post). If you want more insurance please contact us when you place your order for a quote. Authority to leave parcels that have been presumed stolen are not covered by insurance.

If you have a courier preference please let us know ASAP


EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If you require Express Postage (Australia Post) please follow the steps below:

Place your order on the website & pay for your order – select the express postage option at checkout. We will work out your extra cost for express post & send through a paypal invoice or call you to pay over the phone with EFTPOS. We do these manually as the items in our store differ so greatly in weight and dimension and the cost is also highly affected by postcode also. We only charge what it costs us, we do not want to risk over or under charging. Please note you are welcome to use the free standard postage option for orders over $45 if express is too high on your order.


NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS EXPRESS EMS POST ONLY

Prices are weight based. Place your order first on the site (payment first is optional – to delay until you receive your shipping quote select the QUOTE payment option) then we will contact you with the shipping cost.

INSURANCE: Parcels have free insurance for loss and damage up to $100 with Australia Post International. If you want more insurance please contact us when you place your order for a quote.


OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS EXPRESS EMS POST ONLY

Prices are weight based. Place your order first on the site (payment first is optional – to delay until you receive your shipping quote select the QUOTE payment option) and then we will be prompted to quote you based on your order and location.


RETURNS

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them (for resale purposes) UNLESS they have been used and found to be FAULTY within 30 Days of purchase.

Faulty items will be refunded in full and Lambda Motorcycles will incur the cost of return postage if required. FAULTY does not apply to user error / user installation. We encourage customers to contact us if they are unsure about how to fit an item.

If incorrect part has been purchased , the buyer will incur the cost of return shipping and a refund of the full purchase price or exchange will result. Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.
