Straight fit NBC110 – plug & play

Comes with the below list.

1 x fully loaded engine -plug & play loaded with oil-

1x 14 front JT sprocket

1 x o-ring inlet

1 x air filter

This is NOT a changeover service. You keep your existing motor and have the option to rebuild it at a later date.

The old engine is removed & new one fitted within 2 hours inc foot pegs, muffler & plastics

WARRANTY

EXTENDED 3 MONTH WARRANTY – from date of customer receiving – MUST BE SERVICED BY A QUALIIFIED MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC WORKING UNDER A LICENSED DEALERSHIP within the first 30 days of receipt of motor or 300km of use – you will need to provide the job card to us. Full terms and conditions provided at your request or at purchase.

Please keep your speed down – 50KPH for the first 300KLMS or 30 days – this will help with the brake in period. Please have tappets checked at first service .004 top & bottom then send us the job card showing the first service & that the tappets have been checked & done then the 90 days warranty will be applied.

HOW DO I GET A LAMBDA ENGINE?

Place an order & pay for your engine – we will notify you when we are sending your engine.

DO I NEED TO SEND MY OLD HONDA ENGINE TO YOU?

No- you keep your old Honda engine & can rebuild it later.

DOES THE LAMBDA ENGINE COME WITH ITS OWN ENGINE NUMBER?

Yes the lambda engine has its own engine number.

HOW GOOD ARE THE LAMBDA ENGINES?

Very long lasting with upgraded oil pump sprocket & tensioner cap- the 1st run of 60 engines we did back in 2020 resulted in 100% of our customers being very happy & waiting to reorder.

Run Motul 10/40 motor oil & service each 750klms- our customers are getting more than 50,000+ klms and not doing a clutch or cam chain kit!

CAN I REBUILD THE LAMBDA ENGINE WITH LAMBDA PARTS OR HONDA PARTS?

Yes – you can use both- all interchangeable.

THE LAMBDA ENGINES WERE STARTED BACK IN 2019 – SO FAR CUSTOMERS HAVE GONE 4-5 YEARS & HAVE NOT HAD TO DO ANY CLUTCHS OR CAM CHAINS- THIS IS DUE TO USING MOTUL 10W/40 OIL & SERVING THEIR BIKES AT 750-1000 KLMS

HONDA ENGINES WERE RUN WITH THE WRONG OIL 10W/30 MOTOR OIL & SERVICED AT 4000KLMS- A LOT OF THE BIKES DIDNT MAKE IT & AROUND 1000 WERE LOCKED UP IN THE 1ST YEAR OR 2 POST GOT THEM.

BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE- THE HONDA ENGINES NEED CLUTCHES AT 10,000-12,000 KLMS & CAM CHAINS AT 5000-7000 KLMS
