SHIPPING

The majority of items in the store will have no additional shipping costs added.

Heavy bulkier items may incur a shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Orders under $40 that fit into a letter will not be sent with tracking (Australia Post no longer provide us free tracking on letters.) If you do need tracking this is an additional $4.00 to cover the cost of a registered post label. This is available to select at checkout.

All other parcel size items and orders over $40 will have tracking. You will be emailed the tracking information which is traceable via the carriers website where you can also find estimated delivery times, although I wouldn’t rely on them….

If you require express postage (Australia Post) please email or call us and we will price this and add it onto your order.

We use the following 3 Couriers:

  • Australia Post picks up at 3pm Monday – Friday.
  • Fastway Couriers picks up around 9am Monday – Friday.
  • Couriers Please picks up around 2pm Monday – Friday.

If you have a courier preference please let us know ASAP!

Couriers Please & Fastway Couriers parcels are traceable via the booking agent SENDLE. Info will be emailed to you when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please put your order through and enter your delivery and contact details. This gives us all the information we need for your freight quote. Select BANK TRANSFER as payment method and submit the order, this allows for delayed payment so we can calculate your postage charge and issue you a finalised invoice. If you approve the freight charges we can issue a paypal invoice or you may pay with bank transfer.

 

RETURNS

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them (for resale purposes) UNLESS they have been used and found to be FAULTY within 30 Days of purchase.

Faulty items will be refunded in full and Lambda Motorcycles will incur the cost of return postage if required. FAULTY does not apply to user error / user installation. We encourage customers to contact us if they are unsure about how to fit an item.

If change of mind or incorrect part has been purchased , the buyer will incur the cost of return shipping and a refund of the full purchase price or exchange will result.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.
