A: From what I’ve heard the general public weren’t too keen on their original beloved red postie bike turning green so they were changed to red. They actually re-painted quite a few before they were manufactured to be red. You can tell if your bike has been repainted if its Red but the colour code sticker under the seat still reads: GY138P otherwise known as “Pearl Verdure Green.” The new paint code is the same as the old CT110 Postie “Monza Red” RR110. I believe this change was made sometime in 2015. I can understand that the bright lime green was seen as a good idea for safety reasons being high visibility.
